ELURU: Andhra Pradesh Teachers Federation (APTF) has picked holes in the Education Bill recently introduced in the Parliament. Addressing a press conference, the APTF State president S. Rajasekhar and general secretary M. Balanna said the Bill sought to bring in the Right to Education Act without guaranteeing any right to the stakeholders. They observed that the Bill maintained silence over the increasing school dropout rate and the rampant commercialisation of school education. It also failed to lay focus on female literacy, they added. -Staff Reporter
