The Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers Association (APREDA) Property Show at Hitex, Madhapur drew huge response with some of stalls even closing sales on Sunday, second day.
APREDA representatives claim that as many as 40,000 visitors are likely to have visited this year, as compared to 25,000 visitors last year.
“The response is overwhelming and has exceeded our expectations,” said APREDA president P. Prem Kumar.
Most enquiries got converted into site visits and lots of stalls were closing deals today, he added.
Meanwhile speaking to presspersons at the venue, Bimal Kedia, Managing Director, Theme Ambience described the response as great and said that more than 2,000 visited stall to check their project.
The show with more than 150 stalls from developers and builders from city and also from other parts of the State was inaugurated on Saturday by Chief Minister, N. Kiran Kumar Reddy.
