Acting Chief Justice of High Court, Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose, on Saturday offered prayers at the hill temple of Lord Venkateswara along with his family members.
On his arrival at the main entrance of the temple, he was received with temple honours by priests and authorities. Later, he was showered Vedasirvachanams by the temple priests at Ranganayakula Mandapam situated inside the temple complex while TTD Executive Officer L.V. Subramanyam presented him with a photo memento of the presiding deity along with devotional CDs and spiritual books. As is the tradition, he also paid a visit to the temple of Bhuvaraha Swamy situated on the banks of the holy Pushkarini.
Later, Justice Ghose also visited Japali Theertham situated about 4km. amidst thick Tirumala forests.
