V. Rathinasabapathy, Member, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, on Saturday conducted a review meeting with the officials regarding TNPSC Group -2 question paper leak.
District Revenue Official P. Ramar told The Hindu that Mr. Rathinasabapathy held a review meeting with the district-level officials at the Collectorate. He enquired about the storage and movement of question papers from the treasury to the examination centres on the day of the competitive examination.
The meeting was attended by District Revenue Official P. Ramar, Personal Assistant to Collector (General) Rajasekaran, Deputy Collector (Social Security Scheme) Selvaraj, Tahsildar Kamalanathan, and officials from the Treasury. Mr. Rathinasabapathy also held a separate meeting with Superintendent of Police Amitkumar Singh and lauded the prompt action initiated by the police officials in Dharmapuri and Erode district in detecting the leads in question paper leak case. After attending the meeting, Mr. Rathinasabapathy told the reporters that two other members of the TNPSC were conducting review meeting in Erode and other places in the State.
The report of the review meetings would be submitted to TNPSC Chairman R. Nataraj.
