Students from over 40 universities across the country and abroad will take part in a two-day moot court competition, organised by the Campus Law Centre of Delhi University, which begins here on Friday.

“The Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, is hosting the seventh K. K. Luthra Memorial Moot Court Competition, 2011, from January 14 to 16,” a press release said.

Law students belonging to over 40 Indian and offshore universities are likely to participate in the event, which will focus on criminal trial, it said.

Justice G. S. Singhvi of the Supreme Court will be the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony that will discuss impeachment of judges of the international criminal court, the release said.
