Karimnagar MP Ponnam Prabhakar on Friday clarified that there were no differences of opinion among the Telangana Congress MPs and others on the formation of separate Telangana state.

“All the Telangana Congress MPs including Madhu Yashki Goud, Anjani Kumar Yadav and others want separate Telangana state and we are leaving no stone unturned to pressurise the party high command to carve out the Telangana state at the earliest,” he maintained.

Addressing the newsmen here, he said that the Telangana Congress MPs, Ministers, legislators and other party leaders were united for the cause of separate Telangana state, but all were adopting different paths of agitations to materialise the dream.

All the Congress leaders of the region were fighting for the separate statehood without any compromises, he said and added that the Congress leaders would definitely get statehood to Telangana.

He welcomed NCP leader Sharad Pawar’s statements on the need to carve out Telangana.
