National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, and Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), New Delhi, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish collaborative academic cooperation in several areas.

The MoU was signed by R. Venkata Rao, Vice-Chancellor, NLSIU, and Bhaskar Chatterjee, Director-General and CEO, IICA, in Delhi recently. The MoU is intended to establish collaborative academic cooperation in the areas of competition policy and law, economic regulation, corporate social responsibility; corporate laws, finance and other possible areas.

Through this partnership, the two national institutions will undertake cutting-edge research and roll out innovative courses, said a Press Information Bureau press release.
