The First Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate N. Amaravathi reserved the judgement on Akbaruddin Owaisi’s bail petition after hearing 40 minute argument from both sides, here on Monday. She will be delivering the decision tomorrow.

Public Prosecutor Ramakrishnaiah took exception to Akbar’s appeal for the grant of bail saying that there would be some impediments to the FSL experts to test his voice record if Akbar was released at this moment. He brought to the notice of the Judge that Adilabad police wanted the FSL scientists to confirm whether the voice was Akbar’s or not. Appearing on behalf of Akbar, the High Court advocate S. Niranjan Reddy said that his client would not tamper any evidence even if he was released and would cooperate with the prosecution and police.
