Government Chief Whip Gandra Venkataramana Reddy has criticised TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu for not clarifying his party’s stand on bifurcation of the State at a time when the Congress leadership has hastened the process on separate Telangana.

He criticised the TDP president for claiming that the Congress leadership was dividing the State to serve its political interests.

“The Congress leadership has consulted all political parties before taking a decision on bifurcation,” he said. He advised Mr. Naidu to utilise the Group of Ministers as a platform to clear the air on his party’s stand once and for all.
