Commission on Revenue Allocation, Kenya, an expert panel on finance and fiscal and administrative decentralisation, will arrive in the State on Thursday on a two-day visit. The six-member team, headed by Fatuma Sheikh Abulkadir, vice-chairperson of the Commission, would visit the Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation (GIFT) and hold discussions with members of the State Planning Board. The main purpose of their visit is to share experiences from Kerala’s decentralisation programme.
The Kenyan Commission on Revenue Allocation has eight members, out of whom four are visiting GIFT.
