The Delhi University Students’ Union which had to cancel its job fair scheduled in April will now hold it on June 11 and 12.
The Union has promised participation of industries including IT, FMCG, real estate, health care, manufacturing, hospitality and retail. Apart from this, preparation workshops for job-seekers will be held along with motivational speeches by corporate leaders, counselling and personality development sessions. The fair will take place in Delhi University’s North Campus and is open only for the university’s students.
The CUTS Institute for Regulation & Competition, New Delhi has announced its first summer course on “Competition Law and Practice in India” which will be held at Indian Social Institute, Lodhi Road, from June 27 to June 29.
This course is specially designed for Law and Economics students, career aspirants, professionals and teachers. Participants will take part in discussions and continuous lectures to learn more about Indian Competition Policy and Law, Indian Competition Act 2002, Interface between Competition Law and regulations and emerging issues in competition law and practices. The summer course lectures will be given by experts.
