‘We have overcome challenges and will give a good fight to Congress’
The Bharatiya Janata Party, which is trying to recover from the impact of internal squabbles, is taking the assistance of its Central leader and key strategist Arun Jaitley to evolve a campaign strategy for the Assembly elections to be held on May 5.
Mr. Jaitley, who arrived in Bangalore on Monday night, will camp in the city for three days to finalise the strategy. Mr. Jaitley reviewed the poll preparations by the party on various aspects, including the draft poll manifesto and draft campaign advertisements and literature. The BJP, which is now set to launch constituency-level campaigns following the completion of the district-level poll convention series, is waiting for Mr. Jaitley to give the final touches to the strategy.
