NEW DELHI: The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, arrived here Wednesday on a six-day visit. This is the first trip by a ruler of the oil-rich Gulf country in two decades. The Emir will hold talks with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Thursday and conclude three pacts Double Taxation Avoidance Treaty, Agreement on Drugs and Narcotics and Agreement on Cooperation in Culture. He will also meet President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
