The Kerala High Court on Thursday directed the Pathanamthitta District Collector to hear KGS Aranmula International Airport Limited with respect to the issues relating to the cancellation of the mutation of 232 acres sold by K.J. Abraham Kalamannil of the Mount Zion Trust to the KGS Group.
Justice P.R. Ramachandra Menon also ordered the Collector that a decision be taken in three months. The court passed the order on a writ petition filed by KGS Aranmula International Airport Ltd challenging a directive of the Collector to cancel the mutation of 232 acres purchased from Mr. Kalamannil.
