BJP, Sangh Parivar activists will soon join JD(S): Datta

Spokesperson of Janata Dal (Secular) Y.S.V. Datta said that thousands of activists from the Bharatiya Janata Party and Sangh Parivar in Dakshina Kannada-Udupi, which is the BJP’s stronghold, will soon join the JD(S). After felicitating students here on Sunday, Mr. Datta alleged that the BJP would soon lose its hold over Dakshina Kannada. He said that everything was not well in the BJP in the State and the party was suffering owing to internal bickering. He said the main Opposition party which was fulfilling its duties was the JD(S), and not the Congress.
