An emergency meeting of Mala Mahanadu has been convened here on Monday to chalk out an action plan against the decision of Telugu Desam to support categorisation of Scheduled Castes. Mahanadu State president Karem Sivaji described the TDP decision as part of vote bank politics to drive a wedge between Malas and Madigas as the former did not vote for the party in elections. He called upon Mala activists in TDP to quit the party.
