Roshan Lama who was battling for life after his head was pierced by a javelin in his school playground a fortnight ago, died of injuries at the AIIMS trauma centre here on Monday afternoon. Lama, 11, was on ventilator since he was admitted. The class VI student of Sarvodaya Government School was severely injured when a javelin thrown by a senior student during lunch break hit him on the head. The student who threw the javelin was sent to a remand home by the Juvenile Justice Board. The physical training instructor and a guest teacher were arrested. — PTI
