Britain and the United States on October 20 told Russia their Foreign Ministers would in certain circumstances be prepared to attend part of the forthcoming Geneva conference on suspension of nuclear tests. According to usually well informed sources in London Mr. David Ormsby-Gore, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, will head the British delegation at the earlier stages of the talks. Mr. James Wadsworth, the U.S. State Department Disarmament Expert, is to lead the U.S. delegation. The British note said the British Government “have no objection in principle to the attendance of foreign minsters at the conference.
