KATHMANDU: Lawmakers belonging to the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoists) disrupted proceedings in Parliament on Wednesday demanding formation of an interim government. They also demanded dissolution of the recently-formed Constitution Delineation Commission. Speaking during the special hour of Parliament, Maoist lawmaker Dev Gurung said the Government had "no moral grounds to attend the SAARC summit." Following Mr. Gurung's speech, Maoist lawmakers disrupted the proceedings. They said the House would not be allowed to resume business until the formation of an interim government. Following this, Speaker Subas Nembang adjourned the House.
