100 daredevils attempt new record
The Sky’s the limit! A team of 100 skydivers completed a 13,000ft wingsuit dive in the U.S. in an attempt to create a new Guinness world record.
The group members, who came from 21 different countries, jumped out of five separate planes at 13,000ft above Perris Valley in Southern California, in a bid to enter the Guinness World Record Book. It is the first time a wingsuit formation skydive has been submitted to the record-breaking association, the Daily Mail reported. Flying for more than two miles at speeds of up to 129 kmph, the group stayed close together and managed to achieve an incredible diamond formation.
