The Mother’s Integral School (MIS) celebrated its Annual Day with pomp and cultural fervour on December 2 at Tagore Auditorium.

The programme started off on an auspicious note with the invocation of Lord Ganesha. It was followed by a dances ‘swagatam’ Krishna, Assamese and tri-colour tribute to mother land. Tiny tots made some Bollywood blockbusters from 1940s till date come alive on the stage. The tableau on the life of Sri Aurobindo was appreciated by everyone. The highlight was a performance on ‘janapadakalalu’. Awards were presented to students for their academic brilliance in Class X exams. Laxma Reddy, Regional Joint Director Of School Education, was the chief guest.
