The Los Angeles Clippers hadn’t lost at home in over six weeks. The Orlando Magic hadn’t won anywhere in more than three weeks. But JJ Redick figured it was time for things to change.
Redick scored 21 points on Saturday and drew a key charging foul late in the game as the Magic ended a 10-game slide with a surprising 104-101 victory over the Clippers, who had a 13-game home winning streak stopped.
Elsewhere, Miami Heat trampled past Sacramento Kings 128-99 and Dallas Mavericks stormed over Memphis Grizzlies 104-83.
Indiana Pacers beat Charlotte Bobcats 96-88 and Philadelphia 76ers got the better off Houston Rockets 107-100. Washington Wizards won against Atlanta Hawks 93-83, Utah Jazz edged past Detroit Pistons 90-87 and Phoenix Suns defeated Chicago Bulls 97-81.DPA
