Knotted at 80-80, Bryant drove the lane through Lopez and Gerald Wallace for an electrifying slam. Lopez responded with a three-point play to give the Nets their last lead at, 83-82, with 2:33 left. The Lakers took over from there. Bryant drove in for a nifty layup and Clark nailed a straight-away jumper to put the Lakers ahead, 88-83 advantage with 1:11 remaining.
