Statistics say that two-third of the world population is overweight and it has increased more than half since 1980. We all know the reason behind it. Our eating habits and living styles have changed a lot. We consume extra calories and exercise less, which results in us being overweight. This can cause tons of health hazards like cardiac diseases or diabetes. If you want to live a healthy life, you need to either cut down the intake of calories or exercise more.

Most of us would choose the second option as no one wants to say no to delicious ice creams or samosas. People make plans and schedules to exercise hard but never succeed. We need to think of something that is not so difficult to do. So how about a walk in the morning? It will not just help you improve your health but also give a fresh start to your day. A walk down the hill or across bridges would make you feel relaxed. It’s rare these days but you may sometimes find insects or plants you never knew existed. Go on a walk in the morning it will make you feel happy.
