Delhi Public School, Rohini, hosted the inter-school German language festival “Namaste Deutshland 2013” to celebrate Indo-German friendship recently. The festival was organised in collaboration with Goethe Institute Max Mueller Bhavan and the DPS Society to bring together students from various schools learning German to enable them to discover similarities and diversities between India and Germany.

The event saw participation from 3,000 students, representing around 55 schools. A spectacular exhibition showcased the impressions of Indian students, regarding diverse aspects of Germany, including film shows, games, book stalls, poetry recitation and group and solo songs.
