Postage stamp to honour Murray’s Wimbledon win

Andy Murray will find his likeness on a British stamp for the second time in his tennis career from next month when Britain’s Royal Mail begins issuing commemorative postage stamps to celebrate the Scot’s historic Wimbledon victory. The special stamps go on sale August 8, a month after Murray beat Novac Djokovic for the first British men’s singles title. The Murray montage won’t be just one mere stamp, but a collectors’ set of four,” said a Royal Mail official.
