Mike Hesson, who recently quit as Kenya's national cricket coach citing security concerns, has been appointed to take the reins of the New Zealand team. Hesson becomes the fifth coach for the Black Caps in four years and was widely tipped to get the post after leading candidates approached by New Zealand cricket declined the offer. The 37-year-old New Zealander will take over from John Wright at the end of the current West Indies tour.AFP
