The judgment in the petition seeking bail filed by Kadapa MP Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy will be delivered by the High Court on July 4.
Justice Samudrala Govindarajulu made the announcement after conclusion of the arguments on Thursday.
Mr. Ashok Bhan, special counsel appearing for the CBI, said that the CBI was a premier investigation agency and its actions cannot be found fault with. He said that the arrest was made when the witnesses were not forthcoming and if Jagan was released on bail, the investigation would be hampered.
