“Truth or Dare” is one of the most dangerous games for the teenagers. Because of this game, we tend to do or say things to others or do things which under normal circumstances we would not do. We do this because we do not want to appear to be losers. We succumb to what is called peer pressure.

Peer pressure, not only includes pressure from friends, but also from parents. Sometimes parents put pressure on us, with good intention, but it backfires at times. For example, if they insist that we get good marks without ensuring whether we have studied or not some of us may cheat in the test.

The same thing goes with friends. They say, “Come on ! Just do it” or “Be a sport” and we do things which sometimes hurt other people. Peer pressure can make the best person turn bad and even a bad person good. It depends on us and the company we keep.
