It was an enriching experience for 56 plus-one students from Nava Nirman Public School, Vazhakkala, Kochi, who spent three days with the adivasis of Wayanad. School principal, V K George, who led the team said that it was a break from the routine city life for the students, camping atop a 5500-feet hill and interacting with the adivasis. Many ethnic items made by adivasis were put for sale in connection with the school anniversary. Very soon, the students will hand over some clothes to their adivasi hosts.
