Project for senior citizens

Ananya Shelters will inaugurate its residential project for senior citizens – Nana Nani Homes – on November 30.

According to a release from the company, the project has 120 villas in the first phase, spread over five acre at Thondamuthur.

The project offers semi-furnished cottages of 725 sq.ft. and 1,450 sq.ft. with facilities such as library, meditation hall, gymnasium, recreation centre, in-house medical clinic, in-house transport facility, tie-up with hospitals, ayurvedic spa, garden in front of each house and car parking facility.

The centrally-located kitchen will serve vegetarian food.

The minimum price of the houses is Rs. 20 lakh each.

Experiential marketing

Purvankara Projects organised an interaction between its customers, prospective buyers and the banks in Coimbatore recently.

The platform enabled the customers to exchange their views on their experience with prospective customers and understand the transparent processes of the organisation.

The company has launched Purva Bluemont on 16.86 acres in Coimbatore and offers 1,116 residential units of 1,352 sq.ft. to 1,872 sq.ft each.

The amenities at the project include clubhouse, swimming pools and outdoor sports facilities.

Mega project

Jain Housing and Constructions will launch the phase one of its mega project Palm “N” Meadows at Tirupur on Sunday.

According to its Managing Director Sandeep Mehta, the project is developed on 18 acres on Avinashi Road at Tirupur.

It will have about 700 apartments. In the first phase, 300 residential units will be launched.

These will be two-bedroom and three bedroom houses of 1,149 sq.ft. to 1,717 sq.ft. each.

The minimum price is Rs. 21.8 lakh (two bedroom) and Rs. 28.4 lakh (three bedroom).

The launch offer is Rs. 1,895 per sq.ft.

The project will have swimming pool, internet connectivity, piped gas connection, standby generators, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, children play area, sewage treatment plant, and landscaped gardens.
