LIC unveils Nimma Mane 2013

The ongoing three-day home exhibition ‘Nimma Mane 2013’ from LIC Housing Finance Ltd (LIC HFL) at RBANMS Ground, near Commercial Street, will conclude on January 13.

The visiting hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Inaugurating the exhibition, V.K. Sharma, Director and CEO, LIC Housing Finance, said the exhibition will showcase different projects of nearly 75 prominent and reputed builders.

This is the third consecutive home exhibition from LIC Housing Finance that has sanctioned Rs. 2,655 crore and disbursed Rs. 2,328 crore as on December 2012 from its south central region offices for the financial year 2012-13, said Mr. Sharma. “The main objective of the company is to provide long-term finance to individuals for purchase, construction, repair and renovation of flats and houses,” he said.

At present, LIC Housing Finance has the following schemes:

Home loan for resident individuals;

home loan for non-resident Indians; loan against property mortgage; loan for professional practice; loan for purchase of plots; loan against securitisation of rentals.
