Ozone Urbana is an integrated township spread over 158 acres, a township located 5 km before BIAL on NH-7. Currently Phase I and II of its plots, and two apartment buildings are being marketed. Plot sizes range from 40 x 40' to 50 x 90' at Rs. 4,000 per sq. ft. Apartments come in 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BR units from a minimum area of 937 sq. ft to a maximum of 2,401 sq. ft. Prices start at Rs. 40 lakh for a 2 BHK apartment and go up to Rs 1.1 crore for a 4 BR unit. “The plots are ready for registration and customers can initiate construction in their sites, and the first two apartment towers are already in the construction stage and are scheduled for delivery in March 2015 and August 2015. Newly launched apartments will start construction soon and will be ready for handover in April 2016,” informs the release.
Ozone Urbana comprises fully serviced plots, apartments, villas and villaments. Complementing the township model is the social infrastructure such as a school, hospital, hotel, offices, IT parks, restaurants, retail village and even homes for the senior living community.
