Ezzy group, an infrastructure and property management company, with over 25 years of experience in realty, has announced its arrival in the Indian market with two luxurious residential projects — Corinth and The Avenue — both set-up in Bangalore.
The Corinth has 25 exclusive Tuscany-style homes on Hennur Main Road, and 40 per cent of them are already booked. The Avenue is a collection of luxury apartments at Whitefield with, among other things, personal cinema.
A sum of Rs. 150 crore has been invested in these projects by the Ezzy group, with a commitment of an additional Rs. 500 crore in residential and commercial projects in Bangalore.
“We have been looking at India for the past three years, and Bangalore was the natural choice to start these projects,” said the Chairman of the group, Shabbir Saifuddin Ezzy.
These projects are designed by architect Tony Ashai, famous for taking Tuscany-style architecture to Hollywood homes and his work in the redesigning of the Chrysler building in New York.
The projects were launched by Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra. Present at the launch were Veerapa Moily, Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas, Shashi Tharoor, Union Minister of State for HRD, R. Ashoka, Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, Lalrokhuma Pachau, Director-General of Police, Karnataka, and Jyothiprakash Mirji, Commissioner of Police, Bangalore City.
