Guava is a summer fruit that is highly grown in the season. The rich- in- astringents fruit cures diarrhoea and various other stomach infections. Other nutrients in guava, such as vitamin-C, carotenoids and Potassium strengthen the digestive system and disinfect it.
2-3 guava fruits (peeled, de-seeded and sliced)
300 ml water
10 grams of glucose or 10 ml of honey
a pinch of cardamom powder
1 lemon slice
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and sieve the mixture.
Add ice cubes.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
