Fried rice can be made in so many different ways. But this Chinese sounding one is surely so different even though the procedure to make it may appear same. Small cubes of carrot, beans, onion, capsicum are sauted in a wok along with chicken. Boiled basmati rice is tossed in the wok for a few seconds. The cooked item is spread on a plate and topped with chicken sauce.
This main course is moderately spicy and should be served hot.
