To beat the summer heat, wear cotton clothes and allow better air circulation. Wear light-coloured clothes and avoid dark colours. Drink a lot of water, fresh juice and eat salads. Spicy food and oil items should be avoided. Weekly oil bath cools down the body. By avoiding being outdoors one can lead a stress free summer time. Trees planted now would help many generations to beat the heat in the future.
