This innovative inch loss programme cuts down the extra fat without any side effects

In today’s age where health, fitness and beauty are paramount, shedding off those extra pounds is in the minds of every one. Urban Indians are now fighting the battle of the bulge as much as their Western counterparts. To address this universal problem of obesity, Kolors Slimming and Beauty Clinic has come up with an innovative inch loss programme that is aimed to cut down the extra fat with a ‘tummy trimming’ plan. “This programme is the first of its kinds and has no side effects since the treatment is given only for the external body,” says Krishna Raj of Kolors Slimming and Beauty Clinic, Vizag branch.

The treatment is done in a stepwise format. An evaluation of personal details of the client is taken like physical parameters, medical complications and family details and a body composition analysis (BCA) is done.

The body composition analysis is a result of complete skeletal contents such as fat composition, FFM and water content. It also evaluates your basal metabolic rate and body mass index, says Krishna. In consultation, the client is explained about his/her BCA and the personalized packages required.

“This is the first ISO certified organization for instant inch loss programme and is approved by Indian Medical Association,” explains Krishna. Each session is of one-hour duration. A combination of physiotherapy massage and cellulite heat therapy is given. “By this an individual can loss from 2 inches to 6 inches depending on individual factors,” he added. Weight maintenance is crucial after weight loss. After the treatment is over, the clinic offers a personalised check-up plan for the clients.
