EXHIBITION Wax figures of five Hindi cinema legends at Madame Tussauds New York “Bollywood Zone”

Ten award winning dancers between the age of nine to 16 performed a fusion of traditional and modern Indian dances to celebrate the arrival of a Madame Tussauds travelling Bollywood exhibit at Madame Tussauds New York on March 7. The exhibit features lifelike wax figures of five Hindi cinema legends — Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor. Each of the wax statues was created by Madame Tussauds’ team of artists in London and took approximately four months to complete and cost about $300,000.  The exhibit will be featured as part of Madame Tussauds New York “Bollywood Zone” and remain on display till July 12.
