CHEF SENBAGAMARAN

INGREDIENTS:

Lady's finger: 500 gms

Onion: 100 gms

Green chillies: 25 gms

Tamarind: 50 gms

Ginger: 60 gms

Salt: To taste

Mustard Seeds: Five gms

Urad dal: Three gms

Cumin seeds: Six gms

METHOD:

Wash and cut ladies finger into even size. Chop green chillies and onion. Wash ginger and cut it into juliennes. Make juice out of the tamarind pulp.

Heat oil in Kadai and add mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, onion, green chilli, ginger and sauté it very well till golden brown colour.

Now add the ladies finger and tamarind juice. Allow it to boil till cooked and check for seasoning.

Garnish with coriander and juliennes of ginger.
