INGREDIENTS

Onion 1 no.

Tomato big size 1 no.

Capsicum 1 no.

Turmeric powder 5 gms.

Carrot 100gms

Beans 50gms

Green peas 50gms

Potato 100gms

Chilli powder 20gms

Dhaniya powder 5gms

Garam Masala 20gms

Coriander leaves 5 gms.

Cashew nut 100gms

Tomato 100gms

Onion 100gms

Kasakasa 20gms

Olive oil 20ml.

METHOD

Cut the onion, tomato and capsicum in ring shape. Fry them in oil and keep aside.

Cook the carrot, beans and potato. Make a paste out of carrot, tomato and onion.

Fry coriander leaves in a pan till it turns golden brown in colour. Put the paste, cooked vegetables along with chilli powder, garam masala in a frying pan. Add 15 drops of olive oil and keep it closed for three to five minutes. Add salt to taste.

Garnish with tomato, onion and capsicum, cut in ring shape.
