The film may have only two characters but more than 200 people were involved in the shooting. The film has five melodious five songs, all written by poet Vairamuthu and set to music by Vijay Antony. The link lines for each song are spoken by the hero and the heroine. This is refreshing as the concept is normally used in radio or television. The first song `En Kaalgal', sung by Chaitra Gopinath, is the best of the lot. Sadhana Sargam and Hariharan have done justice to the song `Azhaga Azhaga.' The duo has sung two more numbers (`Poovin Madiyil' and `Roja Poovin'). `Unnai Paartha' by Sangeetha Mahadevan has good lyrics. The song `Nenjil Enna' is written and sung by Dwaraki Raghavan along with Chaitra Gopinath. S. R. ASHOK KUMAR
