In a special edition of Talking Movies from Mumbai, Tom Brook hears from some of the biggest names in Indian films – including top Bollywood stars – Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, and Priyanka Chopra. He also goes behind the scenes at a big Bollywood studio and explores how Indians watch their movies whether it be from video streaming or from an old-fashioned single screen cinema. There will be a repeat telecast on Sunday.

Andaz

Sheetal (Hema Malini) and Raju (Rajesh Khanna) get married despite strong opposition from Raju's father (Ajit). Shortly afterwards, Raju dies in an accident and pregnant Sheetal is forced to fend for herself. She becomes a teacher at a school where her son Deepu also studies. His classmate Munni has no mother and her father is Ravi (Shammi Kapoor). The young widow and the widower get close and plan to marry. But they face a lot of opposition from society. Music by Shankar-Jaikishan was a highlight.

How To Be A Gentleman

BIG CBS Prime, Fridays, 8.30 p.m.

It is a comedy about the unlikely friendship between Andrew, a refined writer, and Bert, a personal trainer, who is clumsy and unkempt.

When Andrew's editor tells him to put a modern twist to his column or be fired, Andrew turns to Bert for help. Although Andrew and Bert's views may be centuries apart, they may find they're each other's missing link.
