The Young Victoria

This is the story of the first turbulent years in the reign of Queen Victoria. Soon after her 18th birthday, Princess Victoria (Emily Blunt) ascends to the throne on the death of her uncle, King William IV. Scheming courtiers, especially Sir John Conroy, want her to sign an agreement that will make her mother Regent until she turns 25. Victoria resists all machinations and stands her ground. Meanwhile her marriage is arranged with Albert, a Saxon Prince, with whom she later falls in love. However, will Victoria's stubbornness in political and personal affairs undo her authority and marriage?

Noi the Albino

Teenager Noi (Tomas Lemarquis) lives in an isolated fjord in northern Iceland with his grandmother and his alcoholic father. In winter the fjord is completely cut off from the world. Noi dreams of escaping this icy wilderness along with Iris, a city girl, who now works as an attendant at the petrol station. However, Noi's clumsy attempts to escape only lead to tragedy.
