Travel Women On Wanderlust is organising a trip to Vietnam
WOW (Women On Wanderlust) is organising a trip for women. Beginning January 18 women get to travel to Vietnam. This seven-day trip begins with a boat tour of Halong Bay. Then it’s off to Cambodia, where women will get to ascend Angkor Wat and discover the history and culture of Phnom Penh. You will also get to see the traditional Khymer dance at Siem Reap.
The next destination is Hanoi, where you will get to see Hoan Kiem Lake, Turtle Tower (Thap Rùa), Ngoc Son temple and Truong Tien Plaza. Red River Delta is also on the travel list. After which it’s off to Ha Long Bay and Sung Sot cave, which is located at the centre of the UNESCO World Heritage area, along with Ho Chi Minh city, and Cu Chi Tunnels. The tunnels, say the organisers, contained hospitals, accommodation and schools, and were used as a military base for the Vietcong in the American war.
Saigon, Thien Hau Pagoda, the History Museum and Ho Chi Minh city will be the other places that women will get to discover.
The trip is priced at Rs. 72,000 on a twin-share basis and the early bird discount offers you Rs. 5,000 off if the payment is made by November 30.
