Often one of the best-kept secrets of Hindi cinema is the name of the producer of the film. Hence, it does not surprise anybody when Ajhai Acharya needs to be introduced to the media. This after the man has produced films like Ishq, Pyar to Hona Hi Tha, Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge and Tarzan, the last named not having done so well at the box office. Of course, his latest offering, Life Mein Kabhie Kabhie is round the corner too.Starring a bunch of upcoming stars including Dino Morea, Aftab Shivadasani, Anuj Sawhney, Samir Dattani, Nauhid, Koel Puri, Nikita Anand and others, the film revolves around the lives of five friends. After working with established names like Ajay Devgan, Aamir Khan and Kajol, Ajhai has worked with relative youngsters for the first time.

Newcomers needed

Says the producer, "At the time of Ishq even Ajay and Kajol were upcoming actors," adding, "This time my film is all about youth and big stars with their strong image cannot keep the vulnerability of the characters." Ajhai, who has often made romantic films says, "There is enough of pyar. Now let's think about life." Former Miss India Nikita Anand and actress Maya Alagh's daughter Anjori Alagh are making their debuts with this film. "As newcomers they have done a brilliant job," assures Ajhai. Incidentally, the film is directed by Vikram Bhatt. Asked about the problems between the two, he says, "There can be disputes between producer and director but they are not major issues." He concludes on a philosophical note, "Every film is an experiment. It's a creative form of business, which involves thrills and excitement. We make mistakes but only to learn from them."
