Oasis grilled fish can be an ideal starter or a cocktail snack.

Boneless seer promises to make it a supple deal.

The fish is nicely tempered with a bit of spice and smoothened further by cream and curd.

Oasis grilled fish

Ingredients

Boneless seer fish 7 (25 gms each)

(medium thin slices)

Red chilli paste 2 tsp

Hung curd 2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Fresh cream 1 tsp

Egg 1 no

Sunflower oil 2 tbsp

Vinegar 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Method

Mix ginger garlic paste, red chili paste and vinegar and then add beaten egg along with cream to this mixture. Finally add yogurt and salt to make a marinade. Marinate fish slices well in this mixture and keep aside for 10 minutes. Grill the fish slices on a tawa or a non-stick pan or in an oven. Add a bit of oil for better taste. Serve hot with mint chutney as a starter or a cocktail snack.
