T he Taj Mahal Hotel has introduced the concept of an ‘Executive lunch' at its restaurants Varq, Wasabi By Morimoto and House of Ming. While at Varq one can relish a three-course meal with dishes like ganderi kabab, singada palak, murg sirka pyaz, etc., the Japanese restaurant Wasabi by Morimoto has a variety of choices to offer where vegetarians can indulge in dishes like Shoujin Zen, Vegetable curry and non-vegetarian can try out Kaiseki Zen, Sushi and Hitsumabushi. House of Ming, the premier Chinese restaurant will offer dim sum brunch. The lunch everywhere is priced at Rs.1500 plus taxes.

  P ollo Campero, the world's largest Latin chicken restaurant chain has recently introduced one more variety of chicken for its patrons in India – Teekha Chicken Patakha. Customized for Indian taste buds and perfectly sited on skewer, the three pieces of this fried scrumptious snack is served with spicy Latin sauce. It is priced at Rs.39 and is available at G-54, Connaught Place, and at Food Union in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon.

T he Pirates of Grill at C-12, Vishal Enclave in Rajouri Garden has launched an Indian buffet mania. Here you can take delight in unlimited Indian spread buffet (both Veg. & Non-veg.). On offer are dishes like spinach spider roll, Mexican pineapple, salsa potato, Kashmiri shammi, yellow chilly prawn, fish orly, paneer butter masala, gobhi Mussalam, Amritsari chholey, kum pao noodles, murg begam bahaar, mutton pasanda and fish hot garlic sauce. Rajasthani Food
