Stir-fried squid

Ingredients

Squid-200 gm

Lemon- 1

Crushed pepper-3 gm or half tsp

Oyster sauce- 2 ml

Fish sauce- 2 ml

Garlic- 2 cloves

Refined oil- 2 tbsp

Broccoli- 1 floret

Water- 10 ml

Spring onion-1

Method

Marinate squid in lime and fish sauce. Cut broccoli, chop garlic, and slice spring onions. Heat oil in a tawa. Sauté chopped garlic and crushed pepper. Add the squid with water. Cook on low heat, add salt and broccoli. Toss and take off from fire. Serve with steamed rice.
