Here’s an easy- to make, sumptuous snack that can be served as a starter too.

Ingredients

Corn kernels-200 gm

Coriander stem-20 gm,

chopped

Garlic chopped- 20 gm

Onion chopped- 20 gm

Red curry paste- 20 gm

Chicken minced- 100 gm

Eggs-2

Salt- 5 gm

Sugar- 5 gm

Black pepper, crushed-

2 gm

Coriander powder-

2 gm

Cumin powder- 2 gm

Cornflour- 5 gm

Method

Wash and pat dry the corn kernels, toss with basil and keep aside. Mix in all the other ingredients and make a smooth mixture and add in the corn mix. Separate to lemon size dumplings and flatten them. Heat oil to medium heat and deep fry till done.
